California Condors (Gymnogyps californianus), Pinnacles National Park. Not the best photos (they were a LONG way away), but I'll take any photos of California Condors - one of the rarest birds in the world - 8 May 2024
Condor Green Tag 726 (Lil Stinker), female, hatched 18 March 2014 in the San Diego Wild Animal Park, and Juvenile female 1215 (yellow underlined 15) hatched in Pinnacles National Park on 7 May 2023. Lil Stinker is not her mother, but she seems to have taken her...under her wing..... - 8 May 2024 (Yellow 15 is a year and a day old and still has a black head)

This American robin (Turdus migratorius) posed perfectly for me. This was one of the earliest photos I took with this camera, and I think it was one of the best. Unfortunately, I seem to have lost the original - this photo was pulled over from my blog when I transferred to this platform.
